The configured choices include a Vito with 7 seats and a Sprinter with 16 seats; a combined 7+16 arrangement can be available for parties up to 23 when both vehicles are available. The booking planner shows the options currently enabled. Do not choose only by seat count if your party has substantial or bulky luggage: luggage suitability varies, and you should contact the team when in doubt.

The planner uses the passenger and vehicle details you provide to calculate the journey quote. For an airport pickup, it also requests flight number and landing time. For a private address or villa, accurate location information helps the team understand where the vehicle should meet you.
