Yes. Add intermediate destinations in the order you intend to visit them. Check the locations, route and any scheduled waiting before confirming; the quote reflects the journey you build.

You can add a stop and select the waiting time available in the journey builder. The planner displays any charge that applies to your selection. Ask the team if the timing you need is not available.

Yes. Enter the villa as your pickup or destination with a precise address or map pin. Contact the team about gate access, restricted roads or a separate meeting point that needs arranging.

The planner is configured with a Vito for 7 seats and a Sprinter for 16 seats. A combined 7+16 arrangement for up to 23 may be available when both vehicles are available. The current choices appear in the planner.

Suitability depends on the vehicle, passenger party and luggage. No universal bag allowance is promised. Contact the team with your passenger and luggage details if you are uncertain.

A same-day return to the original pickup can be built into one itinerary with an intermediate stop, selected waiting and the original pickup as the final destination. A return on a different date needs a separate booking.

Yes. Add the supermarket as an intermediate stop and select any planned waiting in the builder. Review the resulting route and total before booking.

The minimum advance-booking window is configurable. Use the date options and current booking window shown in the planner; do not rely on a fixed number of hours from an older page or message.

A reasonable flight delay is not automatically treated as a no-show. Airport pickup bookings request your flight number and landing time, but automatic live flight tracking is not promised. Contact the team as soon as possible if your flight changes, is significantly delayed, diverted or cancelled.

Confirmed bookings can be cancelled free of charge at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. Contact the team promptly; formal cancellation requests should be sent by email.

No. Agafay bookings arranged through the planner are private transport for the route selected. Meals, admission and venue activities are not included.
