For an airport pickup, the booking form asks for your flight number and landing time. Include the information requested so the team can understand which arrival the journey relates to. A reasonable flight delay is not automatically treated as a no-show, but flight information is not a promise of automatic live tracking. Travelling straight to your accommodation is only one option. You can add intermediate destinations to a single journey, for example a planned stop before checking in. Select the passenger count and available vehicle requirements in the planner; current availability and choices are shown there. A Vito option is configured for up to 7 seats and a Sprinter for up to 16, with a 7+16 combination available for larger groups when both are available. Suitability depends on the actual party and its luggage, so contact the team if you are unsure.

If you want a scheduled pause, set it in the journey builder and review the price shown for your complete route, including selected stops and waiting. A return on another date needs its own booking. For a same-day return to the original pickup, build the outward and return legs into one journey using an intermediate stop, selected waiting and the final pickup point.
